No that is not normal, this means you are not getting enough fat intake. Eating more butter is not the answer, eating a fattier cut of meat is the answer. If you are constipated, a quick solution is eat 3/4-1 pack of bacon

Not saying carnivore is remotely healthy, but you're wrong on this one. Constipation != going less frequently, but having trouble evacuating. Hemorrhoids are caused by straining.
