I lived in Taiwan for over three years. All of their males go to the military. They also have readily access to guns and arms invading Taiwan would be an awful idea for any nation because once you get on the island, the people know every hiding spot every tactical position, it would be a frightening thing to go up against a group of people who are used to shooting guns who are used to military training, and who have a desperate desire to live the way they want to. I am not personally taking sides. All I can say is that the people in Taiwan will not roll over easy.

In one of my classes in Uni, one of my friends was born and raised in China till his tweens.
A new student joined our school's program in the 4th year and he happens to have been born and raised in Taiwan.
Eventually, the two were partnered up for a project and all seemed seemingly well.
That was until a few years later, that my friend told me that he and the guy from Taiwan had the most intense verbal fights during one of their all nighters lol.
They both agreed to stop talking about it to continue working on their project lol. They ended up with an A. 😂
