A2 Cow Ghee?
A2 Cow Ghee :- A2 cow’s have an hump ” If we are collect milk from A2 cow’s and made ghee then we called A2 Desi Cow bilona Ghee.
A2 Desi Cow’s milk contains nutrients. A2 Cow Ghee is made using traditional and authentic Vedic methods of “Bilona Churning” which is also known as the curd practice.
● At quwec farm we are boiling milk in earthen pots with low flame. we are using our traditional chulha. After complet boiling we got a pure golden colour and nice aroma to it.
●The boiled pure A2 milk is left for cooling down nearly 45°C.
●After cooling of milk, a teaspoon of curd is added to this milk. This Milk is leave for overnight fermentation.
● On the early next day, the curd is hand-churned clockwise as well as anti-clockwise for nearly one and a half hours. This process called Bilona.
● After doing Bilona practice, The Makkhan is separated from the buttermilk.
And it boiled at low flame until the remaining buttermilk evaporates leaving behind our Golden Pure Organic Ghee.
The result of which is a golden, danedar desi cow ghee, the best one can ever taste. We Always remember hygiene in whole process of making Bilona ghee.
