We cut the egg shaped pockets on the CNC, roughly trim out the board on the bandsaw, then a flush trim bit on the router table cleans up the edges. A special sanding ball on our rotary tool gets the egg pockets nice and smooth with a slather of @walrusoil adding the finishing touch.
