WORKOUT STRUCTURE
WORKOUT X 3 SETS
DOUBLE CRUNCH X 20 SEC
HEEL TOUCHERS X 20 SEC
RUSSIAN TWISTS X 20 SEC
HYPER EXTENSIONS X 20 SEC
Need modifications to make it easier to finish?
1) If you're not comfortable with the double crunch, try a regular crunch instead.
2) Want to add some external resistance, use dumbbells for the Russian Twists.
3) For the Hyper Extensions, if you can't put your arms and legs out at the same time, rotate putting your arms up and hold that position for 10 seconds then switch to having your legs up.
