Ingredients used:
- 6 eggsĀ Ā 
- Ā½ cup milkĀ Ā 
- Ā¼ cup shredded cheeseĀ 
- 2 cups of mixed frozen vegetables
- Salt (Ā½ tsp)Ā 
- Pepper (1 tsp)Ā 
- Garlic powder (1 tsp)Ā Ā 
- Olive oil or cooking spray to spray on panĀ Ā 
- Optional: whole wheat toast to serve on sideĀ 

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400FĀ 
2. Grease 10-inch panĀ Ā 
3. Crack 6 eggs into a bowl in whiskĀ Ā 
4. Add with salt, pepper, and garlic powderĀ 
5. Add in frozen veggies and cheese, mixĀ 
6. Pour into panĀ 
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes
