Echo technique variation:
Echo technique+Anchoring+Consistency principle
If we are going to use Echo technique all the time,so my theory is that we should anchor it, whenever we echo the other person word I am thinking of using a word like"Right" as a verbal anchor,after I echo their word I will say the word "Right"
So whenever I say something particularly a command then say the word "Right" after it, their subconscious mind will think it's their own words they are hearing and as echo technique goes to the every internal filter they have, then the command I will say before the word "Right" It will pass their every internal filter and goes deep into their mind and they will think it's their own word and chances of other person following that command becomes very high
So first I using the anchor of echoing their words First I will give them command that other person will easily accept and have less resistance to it and slowly slowly using the psychological principle of consistency I will give the commands that other person has more resistance to those commands

If this method works then the main benefit of this method will be in the situation where time is very less and we have make the person think that the thing you want to convince is their own ideas

What are your thoughts on this method do you think it will work or not and what are the improvements I will need in this technique to make it work
