Bollocks. Most courses at British universities have tutorials. It's a standard.
What's different about Oxbridge is the standard of teaching and the calibre of the students is way higher than most universities in the world. Theoretically.

Thats what MADE it special, now you are too worried about diversity and as a direct result the standards of students and their subsequent grades and work are lack luster. A one wonderful place now more concerned with pandering and public face than actual academia, my dad loved his time as a students and as a lecturer till he had to save his sanity.
