The way my dentist did nun of these to me he only told me that he was putting the needle in and that was it ๐ญ

Mine talked and held my hand, one thing I did for myself was I wiggled my toes and tried my best focus on my feet, it works really well I also did it while getting my ears pierced and other painful shots.

I hate the sound when the needle enters the gums ๐ฌ No amount of distracing saves me from the sound

I do find the dance more entertaining I feel it would help me better when getting those shots

For me I ask my dentist to put a little bit at the surface before he put the rest. Like before he goes deep to numb a little bit on the top
