So should shoulder stop at the top of the shoulder or at the end of the shoulder bones. Seen it both ways and end of the bone looks better than the seam riding on top of the shoulder with the sleeve starting so high. The "in top" placement looks ill fitted to me, as if it is too small. Which is correct?
