Its so funny to me that actual cheaters are stupid and do stuff like setting a contact to "settings" and thinking theyre so slick that their SO will never see the sus "7 messages from Settings" when those of us who are loyal and would never are out here saying "why didnt she just put it in as something not sus like "aunt mary" or "jenny from work" or something?"
I would never cheat on my amazing wonderful bf but if i was trying to hide a contact from someone for any other reason I'd just use a random name generator and say it was someone at work or a new doctor or hair stylist or SOMETHING if i was asked.
