Oh, the intermittent fasting has helped! I've lost 31 lbs in 3 months. No sugar, processed foods, flour really helps. The 1st three days of no sugar was HELL, but now I don't miss it at all! Thanks to you.

I use warm water bulb enemas for bloating and gas pain. The warm water does wonders and is great in preventing cramps.

I eat healthy, all the stuff I consume it’s organic. I do workout 4/5 times a week. Still I am always bloated as soon as I put anything in my mouth😭💔 its really hard to see how hard I work and I see no results. Doctors in uK don’t give s** they tell you check it yourself. And when I see bloating I don’t mean the baby bloating it’s literally a 9 months pregnant lady

but beans, legumes, and seeds are excellent for my low carb diet :( can't ditch them. I'd just put up with the gas and indigestion discomfort
