So here is the correct comparison of Anakin against Luke BOBF and ROTS

STRENGHT: Anakin, he has ablotulty overpowered his master Obi Wan in Clone Wars. There is no reason why Luke gets strength. Luke didn't overpower Darth Vader. Darth Vader was able to create gates to new dimensions in cannon. Darth Vader no longer had that High potential as before but he had already achieved significantly more in ROTJ than Luke. In ROTJ Darth Vader was conflicted. Luke also said: I feel the good in you, Father of the Conflict. That's what Luke said in ROTJ so there's no reason why Luke gets strength.

SPEED: Anakin was the fastest Jedi of all time in cannon and Luke's speed has been seen very little, so you can say he is faster

AGILITY: Luke's mechanical hand versus mechanical arm. Luke had more to move so he was more agile

DURABILITY: Anakin survived being burned alive. Luke had only endured part of Darth Sidius' Force lightning until he started getting serious and then Vader had to intervene and save his son Luke.

IQ: Anakin he solved droids and other technical things when he was a child. His IQ is estimated at 170+. Luke just didn't let himself be seduced by the Dark Side because he saw what happened to his father when he became a Sith and Darth Sidius manipulated and lied to Anakin his entire life and in the end he had a dream about Padme like he had one about his mother when she died so of course he confided in Darth Sidius when he promised to save Anakin's wife


BATTLE IQ: Anakin was the best general in all of the Clone Wars and fought in the war, plus he fought more fights so he had more battle experience

STAMINA: Anakin himself comparison like in battle iq

POTENTIAL:Anakin was the clever one with a Mediclorian value of 27,000, Luke had one of 18,000+

ENDURANGE:Anakin same reason as Durability
