그랬구나

치열하게 살았구나

죽는 그 순간 까지

자신과의 싸움에서

살고자 몸부림 쳤구나

깨달음을 얻기 위해

처절하게 살았구나

현생은 환영일 뿐

실제로 존재하지 않구나

집착을 끊고자

힘들게 살았구나

내가 그랬구나

매일이 고통인데

견디며 살았구나

깨달음을 얻은 후

세상의 모든 일이

나를 위해 일어났구나

감사함으로

풍요로운 하루구나

세상 모든 것 이

명상으로

이루어 지는구나

지금 나의 고통이

나로 인해 일어났구나

모든 에너지는

나로부터 나오는 구나

내가 만든 나의 허상이

나를 힘들게 하는구나

나를 행복하게 만드는

오늘을 살아야 하는 구나

온 마음을 집중해서

내 마음의 근육에

힘을 주는 상상을 해보자

오늘도 나에게

난 소중해

나는 내가 지켜줄게

in my heart's muscles
Let's imagine giving them strength
