hehe for context: Truffles are kind of like mushrooms, but very expensive. And truffle oil is made by infusing oil with these truffles. It's considered to be fancy and an acquired taste and is very popular in Singapore
So popular, in fact, that most restaurants have atleast one truffle oil dish on the menu (truffle fries, or truffle oil pizza). I personally like it, but I know many people who don't and they find it hard to eat out hehe
