As a Concret/Framer/Carpenter Construction Worker this just isn't ideal there's no way I could get up and do everything you just did and have the luxury to do it that way I eat on the way to the job site , I try and sneak a bite here and there while I'm working but it's not always guaranteed and most days it's brutal ! Underneath the sun all day everyday and working very very hard so yeah I would like to see an actual ideal routine for the blue collar man
