I work either in a shared office, or from home - this headset works great. There is a hand remote for volume and to take mute on and off. It also does not pick up the noise if my co-workers are talking in the background when I am speaking on a virtual meeting - a game changer and the most important feature for me. Good sound, good value, I definitely recommend.
