To create this heart shaped goodness, first blend butter, icing, salt, egg yolk, vanilla extract and flour, to prepare your cookie dough. Spread it in a thin layer and cut it into a heart shape. Also cut out little hearts for your dressing from the left over cookie dough.
Now mix egg white and sugar to create cream and add pink food color to the cream, for a light and dark shade. Swirl the cream for Meringue on the butter paper placed in a tray, and set them aside to bake.
Layer the heart shaped cookie with buttercream, then add another layer of the cookie. Repeat the process. Finally dress the buttercream with Royal icing cookies, meringue, macarons and roses for a jaw dropping Cookie & Cream Heart Cake!
