Doctors from where? Not much point having 1000 more GP's when you cant afford to go to them because you are a citizen who has worked all their life and is burdened with having to pay the medical expenses of half the world. A medical card would be like gold dust to most working people in this country but what's the chances of that ever becoming a reality? Does it not make more sense to keep those who are footing the bill healthy and in work? Should they not be the ones who have medical cards as they are the ones who have to get up out of their beds every working day to generate taxes to fund for the welfare state?
