아직 많이 알려지지 않은 밸런틱이라는 운동기구입니다.
밸런틱 수업이 있어서 참여하고 왔어요.
강남 교통이슈로 늦게 참여한게 아쉬워서 한 번 더 가보려구요!
너무나 만족스런 경험이었어요.
평소에 폼롤러 근육을 마사지 하면서 아쉬웠던게 있었는데
폼롤러 보다 조금 더 깊은 곳까지 자극을 줄 수 있어서
근막 이완과 근육 마사지에 완전 효과적이었어요.
끝나고 나니 몸이 싸악 풀린 느낌👍
운동을 즐기시는 분이라면 더 효과적일거 같아서 더 추천드려요.
(* 자극이 좋다고 너무 오랜 시간하면 오히려 다칠 수 있기때문에 부위당 1분 이내)
