У нас наступили Солнечные тёплые дни, конечно же хочется шашлыка хочу показать один из вариантов " шашлык из крылышек".
2кг- куриные крылышки
2- лука
4- зуб.чеснока
1ч.л-чорного перца
2ч.л- соли(горкой)
2ч.лож.- паприки (сушёной)
2-3с.л.- оливковое масло.
0,5ч.л- любая приправа (по-вашему вкусу).
Оставить в пакете 2-3часа в холодильник

Ну всё сделано класс, только крылья хоть бы бёдрами заменить,уж слишком сиротливо они смотрятся, наша столовая для бесплатных обедов их использует
