I'm surprised you didn't mention Kongou. Yorinobu Arasaka's personal sidearm, you can grab it from his bedroom at the Tower. Really nice, especially as an early game weapon that can be upgraded alongside Death and Taxes.

It's like Gaige from Borderlands 2. You could build her to have zero accuracy, but the bullets would still ricochet and kill enemies with bonus damage.

I think itās a shame you canāt use the ricochet with a silencer but i understand how broken it would be. Iām running a net runner with a silenced death and taxes with the fenrir smg and itās kinda really broken for stealth or blinding and running in with the smg
