🥰Mr. London’s workouts are changing lives 1 rep at a time! The arm workout with your lovely wife is my go-to when I want something I know works but I don’t have much time. My arms have never ever looked this GOOD! Thank you from Missouri!!👍

Im in but im I have high anxiety and have never slept more than 4 to 5 hours on a regular night except after a long flight or stressful event. I lost over 30lbs walking 1 hr in place daily for 2 months in preparation for surgery last year. I gained it all back but I know i can do this again!

Im 38. I've been working out for a year and a half now, 6 days a week, 1.5-2hrs a day. That's cardio and weight lifting. I've hit a plateau and stuck here for a while with no progress on the outside. I'm still just as strong or stronger, just not visibly seeing any more changes. I need to switch it up.
Staying active almost every day of the week is important to me. Mentally I feel better, I'm physically stronger and have less aches and pains.
