1 whole chicken around 1.5 kg (cut into bite size)
1整只鸡大概1.5kg （切小块）
2 tsp salt
2茶匙盐
1 tsp sugar
1茶匙糖
4 tsp meat curry powder
4茶匙肉类咖喱粉

Ingredients B 材料B

2-3 potatoes (peel the skin then cut into wedges)
2-3粒马铃薯 （去皮后切成薯角形）
2 spring curry leaves
2根咖喱叶
2-3 stalks lemon grass (white part, smash)
2-3支香茅 （白的部分敲打一下）
3 pcs fresh/dry bay leaves
3片鲜/干月桂叶
4 tbsp. cooking oil
4汤匙食油

10-15 dried chilies
10-15片辣椒干
3-5 fresh red chilies
3-5条红辣椒
2 cloves garlic
2粒蒜瓣
10 shallots
10粒小葱头
5 candlenut
5粒核桃
3cm x 2 cm turmeric
3cm x 2cm 尺寸的黄姜
10g galangal
10g南姜
4 tbsp. cooking oil
4汤匙食油
2 tbsp. water
