A little trick I learned from my parents (they used to big batch freeze all the time. Ziploc freezer bag..and a straw. One breath in, and a quick seal…you’ve got a vacuumed sealed bag, and it’s going to stay fresher. Not a method for sealing meat!

I have made the muffins two times now. Try them with chocolate chips instead of blueberries, AMAZING!

I make a batch of single square mini waffles and freeze them. Cranberry pecan, blueberry , and corn waffles( a little corn meal and a can of creamed corn ) are my favorites. Why buy when you can make them so easily ??? I do them while listening to my favorite Saturday public radio shows. Bluegrass and then 2 hours of grateful dead tapes made by Deadheads.!!!😅

I do this all the time with sourdough waffles. The only problem is my husband eats them within a week...that could be the reason I do this all the time. 😊

We used to spray lemon spray on things we didn’t want the dog to chew on. I don’t know if you’re sensitive to lemon oil or spray, but it might help save your cords! ❤ you! You are doing great and you can get back when you’re ready. Take your time and give yourself grace.
