Day 6: After 5 days of training non-stop, my body feels stiff as a puppet,, after being away from working out for almost 2 years. Daily intensive workouts are really shocking my body indeed. I can't perform a 1 hand push up...but I really want to.

Even though I can't go to the gym, no gym no problem, calisthenics, resistance bands, and iron will is all I need. I want to show how to get strong at home to everyone, and to give everyone workout motivation effect.

The fat burn is happening at a consistent pace, I already lost some weight, around 300g, and I started to notice some muscle growth, but the sore muscles and sore body won't stop me. Although subtle, I can already feel the body transformation happening. Going to become like baki with this baki training style.

Can't wait for tomorrow's training.
