In actual Greek Mythology, Hades was never evil. He never wanted to overthrow Zeus and betray the Olympian Pantheon. He was a chill god who only did his job of judging which souls were guilty or innocent.

Lets review.
Yes he was told no by his hero and probably got in trouble with his parents but....thats it!
In fact when you rewatch the movie and focus on the scenes he was in in the intro, not only did he not take Mr Incredible's no for an answer after he was told probably several times, but the lack of awareness with the scene with bomb voyage showed he wasnt anywhere near ready to be a hero. Even if he had the gadgets, he lacked everything else.
So how does he respond to all this? He trashes his room kf worship and begins work on a plan to make a robot thats stronger than Mr. Incredible by going theough other heroes to make it ready. Then planned on having the robot attack a city so he could "save" it so he could sell his inventions(which lets face it has its own reasons for being a bad idea) to make supers obsolete basically. AND when that fails, he tries to kidnap Jack-Jack with intent to raise and tutor him into evil.
Hes basically a rabid fanboy who after being told NO by his idol for good reasons, turned into the guy who shot John Lennon only much worse.

Scar is truly broken. His parents truly never loved him the day he was born and they gave him a nickname that means or translates into (trash/garbage). They never truly loved him at all and he was supposed to be king. Not mufasa+ mufasa treated scar badly as well having such temper tantrums sometimes and even bullying him sometimes. Or most of the time. Pretty much based off his backstory, he is indeed truly broken. And the film doesn’t get to change anything of it.
