I also trust Dr Berg but when I supplemented with just a little potassium on a really good nutrition plan my bloodwork came back with high potassium…high is kind of perplexing considering I assumed I was most likely not getting enough. I only took like 1-3 of the 99mg pills daily. I was high in some other vitamins but my doctor only cared about the potassium…

The potassium I'm taking says 595mg but on the side of the bottle it says 99mg 2% (from 595 mg potassium gluconate. If I'm sweating alot two to three pills keeps the cramps away for me.
