In my opinion a lack of understanding of words if we have 250 to 300 words with proper meaning and grammatical profile of those words will enrich the language and help comprehend others and express our ideas and opinions.

Hello, ma'am. Well, I would say it is the quality of knowing that we have. It can be implicit or explicit.
Implicit knowledge is the type of knowledge we can bring to mind immediately and use without having to consciously search for it. To me this is crucial for fluency.
I think explicitly knowing lots of vocabulary, grammar rules and phonetics doesn’t necessarily lead to fluency. We can use a good bit of it and yet have to consciously organize the language in our heads and still not be fluent.

Hi Shayna, how's it goin' ? Well, what I'm trying to do right now is brushing up on my English, that's why I'm subscribed to several channels and yours is one of them Shayna, I guess I've been outta practice so the only thing that's stopping me from regaining fluency in English is "getting someone who to talk to in English.
