Ill never be able to eat my cultural dish ever again cause I live in west. I ate them only a handful of time as a child.

-Mutton cooked for 12 hours, turned into breadlike thingy. The dish is calles root. But i've only seen it in a rural area near Assam India.

Depends. Some people can't cook and not every culture eats foods people are familiar with. Health is another concern and again depends on the person. You can eat a healthy Italian diet and live to 100+ or die by 50 cause you ate an unhealthy version.
