I don't understand why anyone seeing a wedding taking place would stay in the background knowing they will be messing up sentimental photos for someone and distract people from such an important moment. On top of that coming and inserting yourself taking photos just seems rude. Whether they are dressed up as a cow or not I don't see why someone would do this.

That’s…interesting. Kind of reminds me of something that happened at my cousins wedding several years ago. She got married on a farm and during vows and then when the officiant asked if anyone objects there was a loud “mmmooooooooo” and everyone started laughing. It was an actual cow in this situation 😂

half my friends are furries and they’re all such lovely people, genuinely some of the most kind and intelligent people I’ve ever met— but I will say that the fandom attracts a lot of people who don’t pick up social cues. you can ask “why is that furry doing (x)” and a lot of the time the answer is “just because”. my bet is that person was just out vibing and then started taking pictures to be like “omg look what I ran into when I was suiting!!!” and just… did not consider that it might be inappropriate.
