Ingredients:

Paneer (Indian cottage cheese) - 180 gms
Spinach - 250 gms
Fresh cream - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Pinch of kasuri methi ( Dry fenugreek leaves )
Small size onion - 1
Small size tomato - 1
Green chili - 3 pc’s
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic cloves - 3 pc’s
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
Vegetable oil - 1-1/2 tsp
For garnishing - grated paneer ( Indian cottage cheese )
