I am by no means a good tennis player but i notice that your preparation is a tad late. So you have less time and you can’t approach the net. Try to be prepared by the time the ball bounces on your side and from there you have ample time and can figure out what you want to do. Or don’t take advice from me i kinda suck 😭

Im currently at this level of tennis and I hate it bc I think playing at this level (3.0) is awful and i need to get to at least 5.0, I want to play fast tennis and look athletic, not this level of tennis that looks like a kid can play like this easily
