Yea shimano doesnt treat its loyal customers with respect. Im a disabled vet and my $200 terramar has a crick/curve/ bend whatever you want to call it and shimano wont make it right. 1 year warranty period is supposed to be if I break it not if normal use puts a bend in the rod. Shame on shimano g loomis and power pro. I am 40 years old been buying shimano products since I was a teenager my dad had shimano reels i used. I spend 200 to 350 bucks a year in just power pro line. You guys just lost a life long customer and I hope to spread my story to others. Normally your stuff is top notch but 1 unique scenario you guys choose to not make right just lost you another 40 years of buying products.
