언덕을 올라가야 다리 부터 허리 까지 골고루 힘이 들어 가는데, 계단을 올라가면 허벅지와 무릎에만 힘이 가해져, 무릎 안좋아 지는건 당연 하고, 근육도 허벅지만 커진다.
