I tried this in the oil my mom fried the fish. It wasn't bad. I had it with pumpkin curry and fried fish. Oh and there was also some leftover sambar too. Overall, my lunch turned out to be alright.

Let me give you a fried rice recipe
Grind the garlic
Put oil in the pan
Add the grinded garlic
Add the spices ( salt, haldi, mirchi )
Add rice (cooked)
Mix everything.
Your simple and tasty fried rice is tasty
