Hey I know this is late but I have Eds also. My problem is some days I can jump exceptionally well while others I canโt because I find my hip to be off balance. What tips do you have as a athlete/basketball player in general?
I play power forward often and I find myself getting minor injuries on any bad fall and I also find it very hard to lift heavy in the gym. Despite being capable to do so.
Edit: Iโm 6โ4 and weigh 185lbs, my heaviest was 225lbs and I felt the safest there joint wise for lifting and basketball but I also find it easier to manage walking and day to day activities at 185. I can squat and deadlift 315lbs and bench 215lbs however I my body is super inconsistent, sometimes squatting 225lbs feels like hell and completely off balance while other times it feels like itโs 45lbs
