Main problem with skincare products especially SERUMS AND SUNSCREENS is that they literally get over in no time being so pricey. I mean 1 50 gm sunscreen of a good brand costs minimum around 300-400+ but that 1 50 gm tube lasts just for 2 weeks or maximum 3 weeks. Ie Every month u need to spend 500-600Rs for sunscreens.Meanwhile serums ......
I dont even need to explain
Literally a serum contains 30 ml of product costs even more than 500Rs if ur using a serum of a good brand like Plum,Minimalist, ordinary etc.
Ie just for serums and sunscreens u need to spend 1500-2000Rs per month even if u buy them from Nykaa or purple.
Yeah face washes and moisturizers come in a good quantity luckily.
1 face wash of 100Ml literally lasts till 7-9 months Meanwhile a tube of moisturizer that contains 100g product lasts till 6-7 months which is worth spending.
But serums and sunscreens are really too pricey. No doubt in todays era spending 1500-2000 per month has become too normal even for middle class people.
But literally those girls who frequently use makeup like i do, can definitely relate to this as the prices of foundation,Blush,primers,lip glosses or even lipsticks or eye make-up .... in total you'll need to spend 5-6K Rs every 1-2 months as the amount of product is literally hardly 30gms or 50 gms max which lasts hardly for a month
Hence cosmetics are really costly and pricey
Even if they give a small amount of product
And i really wish that these branded companies atleast increase the amount of product if they can't reduce the price of the product
