자세 문제일지도 모르지만 일반적 맨몸 스쿼트 할때보다는 무릎에 무리가 가는 느낌이 들길래 잊고 있었던 운동인데 이걸 보니까 또 해보고싶네요, 무릎이 뻐근한 느낌이 들어도 강화되는 과정이라고 생각하는게 나을까요😅 아니면 일반 스쿼트를 그냥 하는게 나을까요
