Easy Beef Katsu Recipe 🥩 There’s a beautiful marriage of deliciousness & simplicity, that goes in this dish that is divine. I love food with different textures, but most all the the changing of flavors throughout every bite. The sauce gives a garlicky, sweet, a hint of spice, that blends beautifully with the savory crusted bite of the breading, to then a gentle bite of beef to make all flavors and textures to blend beautifully.
