4 hard boiled eggs
2 potato diced
2 medium tomatoes diced
1TB ginger garlic paste
Salt
1 piece cinnamon
Chopped cilantro
Shorba paste (grind to a paste)
1 large fried onion (birista / browned onion)
1/2TB Kashmiri chili powder
1/2tsp turmeric powder
1/2TB coriander powder
1tsp cumin powder
2TB yoghurt
Method
1. Heat 2TB oil. Add cinnamon and let it sizzle for few seconds
2. Add ginger garlic paste and fry until raw smell is off
3. Add shorba paste and fry until oil separates
4. Pour 500ml hot water
5. Add potatoes, tomatoes & salt
6. Cover and cook until potatoes are almost cooked
7. Add boiled eggs and simmer for 5min
8. Add cilantro and heat off
9. Serve with rice or naan or roti
