I've always wondered whether we should worry about introducing fish bags into the tank without sanitising them first.

Would you say that even after a tank has cycled that it’s normal from time to time to see a small Nitrite spike happen? Like a spike that brings Nitrite levels to 0.25ppm? That’s currently happening in my Waterbox and I noticed it after performing an 18% water change. It still has no livestock in it and definitely won’t till I get a 0 reading.
