Hey, don't mean to sound rude but need to say - a good rule of thumb, if you have to use 2 hands to shove your food in your mouth, you need to take smaller bites. One of these days you're going to choke on a big piece of meat (or whatever) and then you'll be in big trouble. My son choked on a piece of food and nearly died. It was so lodged in his throat it wouldn't come up with multiple attempts at the Heimlich Maneuver. At this point my son was on the floor, turning purple. Fortunately he was in a place with a lot of health professionals and one gentleman had to stick his finger down my son's throat to bring the food up. Very close call. Don't let that happen to you!
