Ok how fast can you get me into this model home lol damn it’s everything I like all in one package front patio ,game room and everything in between . Shoot forget getting one built this one has the view you aren’t going to get even if you build on the same block . Similar won’t suffice when you see what you like . A lot of what I mean is the fact that model homes are usually closer to pool areas have the best views and so on . So when someone says well the model won’t sell for a few years till the neighborhood is sold out completely and you can get all these same upgrades if the builder still doesn’t them to your own build on a better lot yata yata yata , the agent doesn’t consider the fact that maybe the client just wants that model home and nothing else . I get it so does everyone else rite . Also the fact that maybe the client actually really likes the particular location of the model home and the exact views that come with it and not something similar . That’s like someone showing you a Lamborghini SVJ and telling you a Audi R8 just needs a few mods but it’s exactly he same engine and bones and a better buy when all you want is that Lamborghini SVJ ! Not into cars well it’s like saying a double cheese burger at Mc Donald’s is the same as a quarter pounder just built a little cheaper , it just doesn’t satisfy quite the same .
