he was arrested and charged with Torture and Murder. His trial was broadcast on tv over several weeks and he was found Guilty and sentanced to 24 years. I know thats not long enough imo but its a step in the right direction in a country that hadnt prosecuted for DV in the past.

They say he never get punished for his bad behavior from his young age. His parents always took his side and never judge him. They never corrected him. He killed his first wife by tossing her through window and said she did it herself by jumping and doing suicide. She was a doll! Second wife with 2 sons ran away from him just in time otherwise he was planning to kill her too. This is his 3rd wife. He was a minister or something. Everyone knows these kind of men and what they do. But society never judges them in our mentality. It's thought to be okay to beat up your wife cause she's your wife😢it's so sad but it's reality here. Millions of women live like this. It's just this obvious when women die. The restaurant owner was Bishimbayev's friend and he knew he was beating his wife but didn't call for help and leave him to beat her to death. As i told before it's bery normal here. I'm from Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan is our neighbor county so we both have similar issue
