You'd like Bungo Stay Dogs. It heavily lacks those kinds of jokes. It only happens, like at least once or twice in the whole anime with above 18 characters, and the jokes aren't even that $3xu@l given the lack of jiggle physics. And all the men are gay. 10/10 would recommend

The first time I ever saw anime:
Main teacher was a perv
The Girl Teacher ™ was constantly showing off her chest
It was an ongoing joke for the entire show that the main character constantly got confused for a girl
I only remember one female character doing something interesting and even then it was one episode and was either the final episode or near the end of the series
(I really hope it’s clear which one I’m talking about, I will lose it if someone goes “Is this *other anime*”)
