Yep it's illegal to ride a bike on a Walmart entrance walkway it's for the entrance of the store.
That's the way they keep it for most stores. It's not for a roadway !

Yours and I ride an e bike myself. 100% your fault all the way. He has no need too get out of your way your and supposed too be in the road on bikes. (Not just motorcycles your actually supposed too be on the far right side.)
If this is a e scooter then you can get away with it for a little while but your still in the wrong if you had sped up and then hit some guy who's just walking

Vehicle driving on side walk hitting pedestrian on sidewalk. Definitely bicyclists fault. Like literally if a person stops right in front of you, you need to be in control enough to not hit them. Doesnt matter if its a lame E-bike or a car. You can run people over. They probably werent expecting a motorized bike to be on a what-they-thought-was a safe sidewalk.
