Assalaamu alaykum sis, the stain are oils from your hair. You can get rid of them by rubbing in some dish washing liquid. Haven't tried it myself but another hijab sister on the platform recommended this tip.

I LOVE Medina Silk hijabs. Have been my go-to since 3 years ago. They are a bit expensive but absolutely worth it. They are much more durable.
