Got a new 3 ton daytona quick jack when one of the cylinders froze on me. I also got a replacement for a winch i never bought (got it with a used 4wheeler and snow plow set-up). Honestly their warranty is great, i just wish people wouldnt take advantage of it.

One thing rarely talked about is how often HF warranties are put to the test. Now we all love a good warranty, but ideally I don't need to test it out weekly. I have better stuff to do then go in for replacement tools
