Dont start with that much weight. You'll seriously injure yourself. Start with your bodyweight, then start with a 2.5kg plate, then 5kg plate, and only when that 5kg plate is light over tons of reps should you go up to 10kg. Increase reps before weight always with the neck

Hi im a 17 year old and i just started training and going to the gym and i always have a problem about my bigger neck and a small face, it giving the look of no jaw line but thanks for clarifying that it is more attractive to have. It gives me confident because its my biggest insecurity

Yeah true. You can microload the neck curls and extensions. Plus they are a very low fatigue movement. You could easily do this workout twice a week in addition to all the other workouts

Just doing deadlifts works too. I used to train neck frequently, in the way you showed in the video; however when I put more attention to deadlifting instead, my neck still grew.
